The Marietta Greek Festival, now in its 33rd year, is set to take place at the Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church from May 17-19, 2024. This annual event, held the weekend after Mother’s Day, promises a vibrant celebration of Greek culture, traditions, and delectable cuisine.

Festival-goers can indulge in a wide array of Greek delicacies, from classic dishes like Chicken Oreganato and Spanakopita to sweet treats such as baklava and almond crescents. The event will feature continuous performances by the Hellenic Dance Program, showcasing traditional and modern Greek dances. Visitors can also explore the Greek marketplace, offering jewelry, handmade linens, and other unique items. Additionally, church tours will provide insight into the rich iconography and beauty of the Byzantine-style sanctuary.
