Calling all enthusiasts of geek culture! Whether you’re into cosplay, Dungeons & Dragons, retro gaming, or any other geeky pursuit, the Cobb County Public Library has an event tailored just for you. The fourth annual MiniCon is set to take place on June 22 at the Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center, promising a day filled with diverse activities for all ages.

From a cosplay competition with categories for youth, teens, and adults, to Pokemon trivia, live musical performances, and retro gaming stations, MiniCon offers something for everyone. The event also includes themed storytime and a children’s costume parade, as well as panels, workshops, and an Artists’ Alley showcasing over 25 local art vendors. Attendees can also enjoy treats from local food trucks “C’est Tou Bon 2 Eat” and “Pelican’s Snowballs.” The library promises this year’s event will be the best yet, running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
